Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it right away.
Processing time typically takes 1–5 business days.
During high-volume seasons or holidays, processing may take longer.
Orders cannot be changed once they have entered processing.
Shipping Times
Because we partner with international fulfillment centers, delivery times can vary by location.
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 7–20 business days
• Most countries: 10–35 business days
• Brazil & select regions: 20–45 business days (strict customs)
Delivery time may vary due to customs delays, weather, postal issues, or incomplete addresses.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days (45 days for U.S. orders), please contact us.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking whenever available.
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take 3–7 business days to update, especially on international routes.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
• Check with neighbors or anyone in your household
• Contact your local post office (packages often held there)
Unclaimed or returned packages may require reshipping fees.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays due to incorrect addresses
• Returned or undeliverable shipments
• Reshipping fees for returned packages
If a package is returned, we can reship once the correct address and any fees are provided.
Shipping Restrictions

In rare cases, we may not be able to ship to certain countries, and will notify you immediately if so.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, has not updated for an extended period, or appears lost, please contact us.
